Fueled Deisel in my Bike instead of Petrol

I am Vivek Anand residing in Sarojini Nager. I visited Indian Oil petrol pump located in Sarojini Nagar (Ring Road) with name CAPITAL OIL AGENCY on 25/12 to fill petrol on my bike. They filled the Diesel in my bike instead of petrol. I did not knew about it and not drove the bike after that. On 29/12 evening when I tried to start the bike its engine got jammed and bike started smoking very badly. I took the bike to service station and mechanic there told me that bike tank has filled with Diesel.

I talked to petrol pump's authority about that but they refused to talk and denied that I had visited their place. I heard lots of people complaining about them regarding the same issue

Please look into this matter and take the necessary action against that petrol pump of Indian Oil.
