Not Delivered Speed Post

I sent speed post no. ED875938915IN to MOHD HASNAIN, at 15:29PM on 31-07 which promises to serve the speed post within 48 hours. I contacted to Mr Hasnain General seretary I came to know that the documents has not been yet received by the Genaral Secretary. These documents contain very important papers

Due to non-receipt of the above said documents,

I sent e-mails to Indian Post as well but, I have not received any response.
