Status of my speedpost no EK377821751

Sir,

I am working in BSNL. My CR was send through speed post from Mandya dist Karnataka BSNL office to Bangalore BSNL CTO office on 22nd may.

Now My bangalore office is saying that my CR is not reached them and from mandya it is said that they have sent it on 22 may speedpost no. EK377821751.

Sir Kindly get me the status of the speed post as my promotion is due and is heldup due to this problem.
