Dear Sir

I have booked a e ticket from Patna to Howrah. But due to train runing late by more than 9 hours, I have to switch to another train. Due to E ticket, I was not able to cancel the ticket at the counter. The details are as mentioned below

Reason for Cancellation Delayed departure of train by around 9 hours

On 28th Novemeber I have emailed at [email protected] and received the ID no #19675. Till today I have not received my refund of 633 even after more than 75 days.
