I had booked my cycle (TREK 4300, value Rs 21, 460) in the luggage compartment of Train (4310 Dn NDLS - SDAH) Ticket number 838850, dated 10th February. I put my cycle (which was in a carton box) in the luggage room myself in new delhi before boarding the train. The cycle did not reach sealdah and the officials were least helpful - al they could say was "if the cycle is not here what can i do, come back in 2 days). I have made 4 trips to the station and there is no news of the cycle. They are fearing the cycle is stolen or at the mugalsarai station. Please help with tracking the cycle - i have used the cycle for riding from kolkata to delhi for climate change and need it for similar activities - retrieving my cycle is very urgent for me please help and advise next steps.
