CANCEL TICKET AMOUNT NOT RECEIVD

Dear Sir,

I have booked e-ticket vide PNR no. 8514366457 on 19.09.2008. My journey date is 22/10. Train was late more than 3 hours, so I have cancell the ticket and filed the TDR on 23rd Oct'2008 on railway website IRCTC.CO.IN vide TDR filling number ekt200810230245206.

TDR status is shown admin approved but till today amount has been refunded to me.

I dontknow how much time is taken by Railway to take decision on this type of small issue.
