Amount debitted twice against single PNR

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had booked two tickets thru my debit card (SBI)(to and fro) from Secunderabad to Palakkad (Kerala) and Palakkad to Secunderabad on 23/11/09. As per my bank statement they deducted Rs 1340/-additional on my ticket.

PNR No:1243969141

DOJ : 20 Jan

Travellers Name: Mr Suresh P, Mrs Suresh P, Karhtik K and Aswathy K

actual fare is 1305/- aditional charge 35 = 1340

In fact the amount Rs 1340 is debitted twice from my account against the same PNR number which I mentioned above.

Now, what is the procedure to credit the amount in to my bank account which is wrongly debitted twice?
