Problems during travel

Hi,

I booked my ticket online for journey from ARA to New Delhi. The tickets were in RAC and it was more than a month for date of travel. I was quite sure that my tickets will get confirmed by that date.

On the date of journey to my surprise tickets instead of moving to confirmed moved into Waiting List.

Not to mention how much i suffered as online booked W/L tickets are not present in chart as well.

I have never heard such a instance. Is there anyone who can do something in this matter.
