No refund after reapeated requests

I (MRS.HIMA MEHTA) CLAIM FOR REFUND OF FARE ON E-TICKET -PNR NO-8113165349.

EXCESS FARE WAS CHARGED ON THE UNAVAILABILITY OF PAN CARD, THOUGH A DRIVING LICENSE WAS AVAILABLE AT THE PUNE RAILWAY STATION ON 3RD AUGUST..AFTER REPEATED REGISTERED LETTERS ALONGWITH REMINDERS NO ACTION HAS YET BEEN TAKEN.SO I FINALLY FOUND THIS SITE & HOPE I WILL RECOVER MY DUES.
