While booking my reservation on 02 May 08, at Indian Railways site for Ludhiana to Delhi for 03 passanger, I was following Indian Railways site IRCTC, They had taken my money through my HDFC credit card but I did not get any confirmation regarding my booking or PNR number or Ticket number.

The same amount of 1007.82 has already being taken from my HDFC Credit card account and I am not being able to get my reservation.

Moreover I have given several call to customer care but I am not being able to get back my money.
