Train running problem

I am a regular pessanger of intercity exp from habibganj to indore, there is some problem facing during the journey.

1. the said train came from dahod to habibganj, it is always late running

2. the said train is not cleaned properly and running towrads indore in very dirty condition.

3. the said train is schedule time to shujalpur at 6.40 but it is always late and reached after 7.00 in the evening

4. schedule time to dewas is 8.13 but it arrives after 8.40 in the night.

5. reached to indore after 9.40 actual time is 9.20.

and it is also inform you that the said train is running late from indore to habibganj and there is some problem facing those who are daily updowner. they always reached their office in the late time

you are requested to please look into the matter and solve the problem of pessanger.
