I have not received my pnr no and transaction id after transaction

Dear sir,

I booked e-ticket from delhi to renukoot from 8102 Dn Muri Exp. on dt. 03.10.2010 which details is given hereunder:

date of journey: 15.11.2010

train no.: 8102 Dn Muri Exp

class: IIIrd AC

From: Delhi

To: Renukoot

S.N. Name sex Age

1 Arvind devi Female 65

2 Shatrughan singh Male 33

3 Kiran abha singh Female 29

Two minor children is also enlisted:

1. Anushka Female 3

2. Tanishka Female below 1 years

after transaction has been made and status show that one ticket is confimed and two tickets are RAC 1&2 but when print of the same to be taken, due to unknown reason, print was not permitted and my user id was unrecognized and its pnr was not displayed in my mobile (no. 09415900192) also. Kindly help me to got my ticket.
