Refund of Ticket not received

Dear Sir,

I (Bhag Chand) book ticket form bandra terminus to udaipur city on 23.9.09.

Ticket No. 69429150. Seat No. CKWL/13, 14 &15. Due to No room T.T. not allow to travel. So I am applied for refund of my ticket amount. I am applied for refund at CCM Refund bulding, DRM Office, Station Road (Northan westran Railway Head Office) Jaipur. In that referance they are issuse me letter Ref No. C/RFC/605/091 dated 19.11.09 & said for Refund please send original reservation ticket. I am send my original ticket to then through register AD no. Rlad A 1312 dated 5.12.09. But till today I am not received my refund.
