Several times, i want to used TATKAL scheme, but page still not open between 8 am to 9 pm thorugh internet. At the time of festival, its not possible to booked ticket before 3 month coz nobodies knows the future plan.so suggest me how can i booked my ticket in TATKAL schem.i think, now there are some indian railways employees and agent are also involve in this internet congesion and nobodies will able to stop them
