Money not returned

Hi

I have ordered chocolate online from Shopping. Indiatimes.com on 28th July (order # 111760891). They failed to delivered chocolate and they themselves cancled my order on 18th August. Now they are saying that they will not return the cash amount back instead they will give some gift card. If they are failed to delivered it they should return the money back in my account. Please help me in getting it.
