Poor response for promised gifts along with 1-year subscription

Dear sirs,

this is regarding INDIA TODAY's 1-year subscription where they promise offers of a travel kit and encyclopedia CDs as gifts. but after making a purchase they have very poor response to their customers in delivering the gifts. even that they don't communicate with when there is a shortage of stock, unless enquired.it is almost 5 months from the time of purchase but gifts are not yet received. they promise only 8/10 weeks for delivery of the gifts. kindly go through the e-mails from both sides and please see how they cheat on their customers telling this and that. i am exahusted sending them mails and now repent for purchashing this magazine on a false promise.

The same were expected earlier but got delayed due to certain unavoidable circumstances. We will be able to get the shipment in another 3-4 weeks and you will be receiving it after that.
