Cheating with non working materials

HI,

India today people are fraud.

I bought a watch from them paying only handling charges. After receiving the watch wasn't working.

I got a new battery for the same still it stopped working.

Got it to watch repair shop and found that the machine is having complaint.

Can get the watch repaired for another 400 bucks.

The only thing i would like to say is..please never ever buy anything which is told for free...

and India today is the biggest fraudsters.
