Inconvenience and mental turmoil caused due to MISMANAGEMENT IN ANNOUNCEMENT System.

Train Kashivishwanath Exp. No. 4257 Boarding from Balamu Jn on 13-03 (3 & 1/2 Hours Late from Scheduled time) PNR No. 210-2974945

The above mentioned train was to depart at 22.02 hr on 13-03 but the train was 3 & 1/2 hours late from scheduled time and regarding this neither the announcement was made nor any information given to the passengers which caused heavy inconvenience and mentail turmoil. Railway Authority is requested to provide proper announcement system so that passengers in future dont face nuisance and mental stress.

As per ground reality it is a face that Inquiry Office is in existence and proper announcemnt system has been put in Station area. Inquiry Office was closed at that time resulting into non-working of announcemnt system. ASM on duty also did not respond in a proper manner.

Improvement in the system may be highly appreciated. In wait of your early response.
