Not credited amount in v.y.card

I re-loaded an amount of $250 to vishva yatra card No.4093 6101 0053 1207 on 12-12 in SBI Secundrabad (PATNY) Branch, but still not credited on that card. How much time it takes to credit, let me know actually what happend... v.venkat reddy;cell;9491382834
