TDS Not accounted properly

The following TDS were deducted under Ashok Vihar PO.

NSS payment made on 04/7/07 61207/= from a/c no 2952386 TDS deducted @ 20.3% Rs 12608

Senior citizen Saving Scheme A/C No 50410540 for Rs 20000/= in Shalimar Bagh PO (HO AV PO) TDS= 184/= dg 07-08.

The proper TDS return for the period was not submitted properly by AV PO with the result that this amount is not reflected in my PAN A/C in NSDL site of Incometax. My refund of more than 1= is held up because of this. I have been going to AV PO from Jan To March 09 but they had no convincing reply/solution. According Sr PM they have no system of TDS Return & only book adjustment. They have have written letter to director ITO TDS in March but accounting has been done so far. In a similar case in PNB they have sent the revised Return of that period online directly to NSDL & proper accounting has been done on the same day.

It is requested that the Sr PM AVihar may be advised/ instructed to take proper action so that I can get my refund.
