Poor sertive of Dish TV India regarding DTH service

Dear Sir,

First of all I am very sorry for bothering you for a small matter. I wish to draw your kind attention for the following:-

1] I have made subscription Rs.900/- on 8-7-08 i.e. (@ Rs.300/month for 3 months w.e.f 9-7-08). Accordingly I am supposed to get TV upto 8-10-08.

2] I have been receiving messages in my mobile No. 9810178717 since 6-9-08 for renewal of subscription from 15-9-08 stating that my package has been changed as such my subscription expires on 15-9-08 instead of 9-10-8.

3] Here I could not understand why my package has been upgraded/changed without my consent/request.

4] Since yesterday 16/9/08 I am unable to watch the TV due to blockage of channels by your office.

Sir, since I am not at fault why I have to suffer. Please let me know. I also request your office to please resume today itself the TV channels subscribed by me so that I can watch TV as and when required.
