HSBC Credit Card Closing

Hi,

HSBC credit card company called using mobile number.

I don't know how they got my number.

They send me credit card but never send statement in time at residence.

I requested to send copies and the customer support was not good.

The Bank blocked my card with suspicion of fraud usage and send another card.

I paid online the payment to avoid big late charges.

Now, I wish to close my HSBC credit card. Both old or new card.

I Called up HSBC customer support.

Twice the customer support kept me on waiting for more than 30 minutes.

I do not understand closing of credit card should be simple and not harrassment.

There is no email address where I can close easily.

The toll free number is not available so it is my phone bill which is more than hour charges.

Needs solution by the forum to avoid HSBC harrassment of closing simple credit card.

I am going to close all accounts and never ever enter into HSBC relationship.
