No response from Eurekaforbes

To Whomsoever it may concern.

I have got service contract with Eureka Forbes for servicing my water purifire for two years. My water purifier is not working properly and I contacted Eurohelpline on 10/10. My Req. No is 0055656948. Since then I am chasing them on a daily basis but no technician have attended to my request so far. We are drinking contaminated and impure water which may lead to illness to me and my family member. Please look into this matter on an urgent basis.
