Amount 330 deducted has been charged from my CC HSBC please pay back

I was booking 2 tickets for the movie Golimar on May 29th at Varun Beach Inox, Visakhapatnam. After entering all the details and my Credit Card info, and navigating to the HSBC Portal where i entered details. It came back to a different screen and throwed and error saying "Error Occured". My HSBC CreditCard was charged Rs.330 but no ticket confirmation email or message came.

please do the needful to pay back my amount.

P.S.i dont have much details about ticket booking

but the bank ppl told that to investigate it will take 45-50 days to pay back.
