Dear sir/madam

i have purchage a desktop inpiron535 in the month of july & i recieved on 28th, july, 09, after that a executive mr.ankit sharma had come and assemble it at my home on first week of aug, 09, he done every thing well but mouse of this desktop was not working that time and now, he assured us that some body will come in few days who wiil short out this issue, i am just waiting for the last 15days but no body responds me except two phone call from dell i have recieved, so kindly do needful at earliest.
