Yesterday your people called and explained about the Insurance and I could not freely talk to them due to official work. I am having the Mediclaim policy and hence I am not requiring the Insurance facility at present and once the mediclaim is over I will contact you and take the policy and hence do not issue the policy or debit or block my account and oblige.
