On 5th. April I had submitted the money for International roaming & I was told that with in four Hrs. this service will be activated & that was activated after almost 20 days. Further since yesterday morning there was problem in incoming calls. All callers to my phone were informed that this No. does not exits & same was reported to your office on 05-05-08 & for more surprise today when I called up 121 I was told that complained has already been lodged & it will take three days to rectify this. Pl. clearify why so much of time is being taken.
