Undelivery of gas cylinde

I applied for a gas cylinder on February 5 through your Saltlake Gas Agency (IA-260), Sector-3, Saltlake, WB. My consumer number is 11785 (DBC 12140461-0000120) in the name of Kartik Ta. After several visit and phone calls to the agency, I am wondering how come this inefficient, irresponsible agency is working under a prestigious, award winning company like IOC. May I suggest you to take care about my gas cylinder delivery immediately and maintain your reputation.
