Refund of security money

Dear Sir,

Some days before one of your executive came to my home to refund the security money through cheque which was deposited at the time of taking iptv connection at may residence G-92, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi-110029. However, I was not available at home at that time and the executive could not get the belongings e.g. Modem, Set Top Box, etc. and hence he did not give the cheque. I am extremly sorry for this inconvinence.

Now the belongings have been made readly available. Therefore, it is requested that my refund cheque may be sent again please.
