I have got IPTV installed on 5th June but after installation, the signal was not coming properly. For the said problem, I lodged a complaint on 9th June vide their complaint no. D/090609/04 and since then I spoke to customer care 10-15 times, but as on date the complaint has not been resolved. Even the Supervisor of the Customer Care do not want to talk. Customer Care also refused to tell the name of their company head, etc. so that legal proceedings could be initiated. The company portal is also not having such information on their web-site.
