Refund of cancelled eticket

I had cancelled an eticket, previously purchased by me, of PNR 6118370930,

transaction ID 0061666620, refund amount 2678 on 13 November. However, as on 26 Nov,

the amount has still not been credited back to my credit card used to

purchase the ticket. IRCTC is not responding to my complaints (complaint ID Indian Railway Catering Tourism Corporation #9742).
