IRCTC Refund problem

Dear Sir / Madam,

After several phone calls; still I am in same place. Nobody is answering for refund for the tickets which I have booked through IRCTC. Today I have called to ph: 011-23345900; and received new way to get the money that I should send a mail to new mail id. Before one month back I was getting the answer that after 3 months automatically I will get the money in my a/c. Still I have not idea for my refund.
