Following are the deatils of the TDR being filed. The support guys said that it will take 90 days to refund the amount. Now its more than that and there is no communication from IRCTC regarding it.

Its very obvious that i wont use IRCTC services next time and would suggest others also about the same. Also i found the helpline guys very rude and non-caring for customers, everytime i called.
I am not sure if filing a complain here would help me get the money back, but atleast i belive that others reading this would take wise decision of not booking tickets through IRCTC.
