Eticket - Refund Delay

Dear sir / Madam

i had not recieved my refund amount is not reflecting in my bank account for the following transactions i performed during my eticket bookings.

1. 1240212276 05.12.2008 Rs585 Cancellation

2. 4303405731 23.12.2008 Rs744 Cancellation

3. 0079916814 (T ID) 03.12.2008 Rs423 Failed Trans

i had sent mails earlier to this also. i also talked with your customer care executive many times. But there is no response.

i am also sending my Bank account statement once again. i had booked by ticket through UTI Bank credit card Gateway.

Kindly expedite my refund status at the earliest.
