Refunding of TDR ammount

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket on 8-9 from Jammu Tawi to Amritsar PNR No. 2452472410

The Train Late More Than Three Hours so i am file a TDR on 30-10 for the refund of ticket amount which is approved by the admin.

The TDR status shown to me is:

TDR Status: Admin Approved

Reference No: ekt200810300253301

TDR Filing Date : 30-Oct

Refund Status: Refund under Process

Refund Date: Not Available

Refund Amount: Rs.0.00

It takes more than 6 months but i am not recieved my payment yet.

Please look at this matter.
