Hi,
I have booked an i-ticket, and journey date being 10-Nov (Vizag to Mumbai CSTM, 3A). On the date of journey, since my ticket status was in WL, i had cancelled the ticket, as guided by TICKETING OFFICER, in Visakhapatnam.
The original ticket was deposited there and the TDR receipt was sent by Blue Dart courier to Chief Commercial Manager (Claims & Refunds), E.Co. Railway, Bhubaneswar on 27-Nov. After the scanned copy of TDR receipt to IRCTC ([email protected]) on 20-Feb.
Since that date i have called serval times to IRCTC TDR contact centre, sent serveral mails and there is no response. Every time i get to hear that reminders have been sent to the concerned, but there is no action. Even i have got physcial copies of those reminders but they do not help.
God knows who can help me in this. The refund process is disgusting & hopeless.
Please do the needful.
