NOT REFUND OF MONEY

Respected sir, i have booked one ticket on 27-Sep to make a journey 02/10 using canara bank account. my account no is 22601. the PNR number of the ticket is 6119703167. and the tracjuction ID is 0068154730. and the total fare is Rs 1045.00 .

but till date i didnt receipt any money. so if u kindly take care of the same i will be thankful to you.
