i flied a TDR with irctc online website on 2nd june vide reference no. ekt200906200548199 and they said i would receive the amount in 90days. Sir, more than 4months have passed and nothing has been done about it. When i contacted them they said they have forwarded the details to eastern railway and have not received any news from them
Sir, please look into the matter as it is very important for me.
