Hi,

I had booked a ticket from Lucknow to Dadar for travel date 11/5 (PNR number 2359802081) But the train got late by more than 8-9 Hours so could not travel. I had filed for the tdr but inspite of numerous mails and calls the refund has yet not been done.

Details are as follows:
