MY COMPLAIN IS AS UNDER.
SIR I had BOOKED A RAIL TICKET in favour of my ralative namely AMAL BISWAS of RS 487/- to travel on sealadha express on 01/10/09. the amount was deducted from my credit card and ticket was made print (transaction id as 0134001018) THROUGH LOGIN IRCTC (MY USER ID AS manju110) on 06/08/09. while MY RELATIVE ascended on the said train he was fined RS 700/- byTTE and was told by the TTE that that irctc ticket was not valid as the amount was not received from concerned bank. in this connection I ASKED TO BANK whether the amount was deducted from my account for the above booked ticket or other wise and I was replied that RS 487/- has been deducted from your account for booking the said ticket.although the said amount deducted from my account but the ticket was invalid. keeping in view of above take action accordingly so that i can able to refund the said amount. in this connection I had lodged complain to irctc through net but reply was not given to me yet. plz take n/a. thaking you with courteous recognition.
