No refund made after cancelled ticket

Dear Sir,

We had booked ticket for ambala cant Junc. to Patna junct for dated 24th Oct. detail was mentioned below: the train was cacelled on that day. I was cancelled the ticket on that day only but i have not recived the payment yet. i have mailed no. of times to customer care irctc. but they are mentioning each time is mentioned below:

Dear Customer,

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have already given credit instructions to the payment gateway. Due to some technical problem in payment gateway, there is a delay in the refunding process. We assure you that the steps have already been taken for earlier refund and you may get the refund shortly. Please co-operate with us

With reference to your mail. Still I have not got any payment from IRCTC. I ask you how many days I have to wait. you only write you have given instruction to payment gateway but still your instruction is pending or miss managed. From IRCTC with in three days cancelled ticket Reflect but after 16 days payment has not come. please tell me how many days you will take for refunding money.
