Cancellation Refund amount not yet received

Hi,

I booked two no of online reservation tickets for my journey in the web site "www.irctc.co.in" using my SBI VISA debit card. I used the option for payment as "ICICI Payment Gateway".

My First ticket's

PNR No. is 8447132833 and the Transaction ID is 0073780226

My Second Ticket's

PNR No. is 8225103762 and the Transaction ID is 0072250191

I cancelled the above two tickets on 31-Oct. It is showing the status of cancellation as "Refunded on 2-NOV".

Until now I didn't receive the amount into my SBI account. I send an e-mail regarding this problem to irctc customer care, but I didn't receive any response from them.

I spoke to the SBI bank people, they said that they can't do any help in such online banking operations. I am helpless now.

Please look into this and let me know if you have any suggestions.
