I tried to book a ticket for two on 9th April using the online ticket booking system of Indian Railways.
It went upto HDFC Creditcards payment gateway and failed three times, after that i booked through Direct debit facility through HDFC bank. But for the failed transaction the amount was debited from My Credit card Three times, After that two times refunded, for the third transaction amount was not yet refunded Ref transaction # : 0107005382, I sent so many mails to IRCTC [email protected], I didn't get any reply till now. I called IRCTC Customer care chennai and delhi also. Amount was not yet refunded,
They will refund the amount or not?
