I had booked ticket through IRCTC website for journey from chennai to new delhi by rajdhani express for journey on 7.6.2009. The said ticket was Waitlisted one. On the date of travelling the said ticket was not confirmed, due to this reasons, i could not travel. on the next day i.e. 8.6. I filed TDR online for refund, as advised by IRCTC. AS already more than 3 months have been lapsed, i have not received refund from IRCTC.
