IRCTC Indian Railways Amount Refund for TDR filing on 9th Oct

I have filed one TDR for one journey on 22nd July. Still i didn t get any refund. PNR No.8131846876.

I have sent more than one remainder mails to IRCTC ([email protected] / [email protected]) and southern railway department.

Please take up this complaint.
