Details of the Conversation on Phone with IRCTC Official

Had A Talk on Phone No. 011-23340000 and told The official who was on the line the complete Scenario related to the Refund Status, but before I Could finish the talk the phone line was disconnected. I think It was a female voice and I think that she told me was that it normally takes 3-4 working days for the amount to be credited back in the account. So lets wait for another 3-4 working days. Meanwhile continously trying but Customer Care is always busy.

Again Had A Talk With IRCTC Official (Neetu), told her the full scenario and the problem, first of all she was not ready to accept the blunder related to Failed Transaction, but when I told her that It has happened she told me send me the details of the transaction. I told her that already I have sent the email with all the related details. Again now I will send her all attachments for making everything clear.

Note: Pls Find the attached Files which were requried by the IRCTC Official (Neetu) as per the telcom with her dated 26/05 11:40AM.

Also Pls guide as to what actually is to be done for getting the refund back ASAP. Looking forward for early co-operation in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had booked two tickets through irctc.co.in. Details related to the same are furnished below. Now the Problem is that due to un avoidable circumstances I had to cancel the tickets. Today i.e. 25/05 I Cancelled the Tickets through the same website of irctc.co.in. Just wanted to confirm by when the amount will be credited to my account. For Your info I had Booked the Tickets using my ICICI Credit Card. Details Related to the Complete Transaction is given below.

Till Here everything if fine but when I go in the Refund Status - Cancelled Tickets Section of The Website It Says "No Cancellation Ticket Detail" And When I check the Refund Status - Failed Transactions It shows two transactions

When I Click on the Above Transactions ID s The Detail that it shows is totally different i.e. It is not related to the travel details for which the tickets were booked and then cancelled. It is altogether a different transaction which is displayed there. Pls. check the failed transactions how it is reflecting over there, because it is creating a confusion. As per the ticket Cancellation info displayed above My Credit Card Account should have been Credited by 909 606 Amount Which till now is not been credited. Pls guide me as to when it will be credited. I Know that IRCTC.co.in is a good website but this time sorry to say the expereince was not good. Pls look into the matter urgently. Waiting for your Early response regarding this matter. I am unaware of to whom should I escalate this matter to get the refund. All the options that are available on the website I have tried out and when I got finally got tired I thought that You Will finally help me out in getting my refund as early as possible.
