In this connection it is submitted that i booked a ticket in the name of Mr. Vinod and Mrs. Neha (details enclosed).

But, on that date, the train was cancelled by railways authorities and i had tried to cancel the ticket on same date. So, as per regulations, the money should have been transferred to my account. But i did not receive the amount which i am entitled to receive.
In this connection, earlier also i sent a mail to the respective authorities for the refund of amount, but the response i got was:
"Kindly note that the user has to send an email regarding refund at the earliest possible time (within 30 days) to [email protected] giving full details of the ticket and stating the claim, As your time for filling the TDR for refund has exceed more than 30 days so we are unable to forward your case to Railways." which is really irresponsible as i am not solely responsible to persue this case, even your authorities should also look into the interest of public.
So, i am requesting again you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
