Issue of Passport
Delay in Despatch of Passport

I applied for Re-issue of passport on 24.07.2009 & File No: L002457 09.

Police Verification held on 19.08.2009 & RPO initially indicated in Status Enquiry Report that passport is expected to be issued by 18.09.2009.

Subsequently it is indicated in the Statu Enquiry Report as: Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by 21.09.2009.

I have not received the passport sofar & even as on 11.10.2009 the status shows that the passport is expected to be despstched by 21.09.2009.

I request for IMMEDIATE ATTENTION of the concerned authoritis & arrange to issue PASSPORT to me without further delay.
