IT refund not received for FY 2008

My name is Vaishali Acharya. I have not got my income tax refund from the IT department for the FY 2008 return being filed on 21-Sep at Ward – 14 (6) Bangalore. Acknowledgment # is 1461026449. I have to get Rs. 2448/- but it is already more than one year. Please help me to receive the refund. My Pan No. is AGYPA6712F.
