Refund not process

Dear Sir

I am a corporate agent with ITZ.Com

I booked a hotel in Agra on

27/02 With Yatra.Com, but the transaction has been bounce due to server

error, i mention the all details which they required for action. I have not received the payment back till date

But now they told me that

"Below booking was confimed from our end and check in date is already over, notes updated from Feedback team that pax was happy with the services, adive what refund need to be process. "

Plz help to Getting the refund from ITZ & YATRA
